These surveys are sent at random to 1st Guard® customers. Whether a new customer is activating coverage or an existing customer is making changes to a policy, they are automatically qualified to potentially receive a customer satisfaction survey. The format of the survey is short and concise, which helps increase the overall response rate. The questions asked on the survey cover five distinct areas of customer service:

2. Friendly
3. Fast & Efficient
4. Pleasant Experience
5. Highly Recommendable
