99.29 % Claim Satisfaction For 2004

Having tallied the 2004 survey results for quickness of response, courtesy of representative, fairness of settlement, promptness of settlement, and future recommendation of 1st Guard, our policyholders resounded in a total overall satisfaction rating of 99.29%.

"This rate is the highest in the history of this company and will only drive us toward the future goal of seeking steps to reach the 100% mark," Mr. Brosnan said. He also stated that: "our staff considers it a personal challenge to expedite each claim and to make certain that our owner operator customers receive the level of service we promise".
